"I have no idea what will happen."
Uncertainty can feel scary - almost terrifying. Some people will spend considerable effort and energy trying to mitigate against it through plans and safeguards.

Or: It can be exciting - an adventure where anything and everything can happen.
Only you have the power to choose your attitude and reaction to what's unknown. As you decide what your choice is, it can be worth remembering that none of us knows what will happen tomorrow, nor how another human will react to what we say or do.
That means, of course, that I have no idea how you have reacted to reading this. Do you find it ridiculous, or impossible? Do you agree with it, or reject it? Does your body relax or tense up when you read it?
What's your instinctive reaction? And is it the one you'd choose?
